This stuff has been around since the 50’s and it’s still
around today proving that you can improve your memory.
I used this technique for a week and I was surprised how much
more I remembered. I do a lot of
research on personal development and this has improved me to retain a lot more
information.
I got a laugh out of one of the comments from this video:
“6 days and I'm not
kidding I can't even remember what I have done yesterday in details....
but I can still remember this guy grocery list.”
