I personally tried Dr Mosley's 5:2 Diet and I liked it and it worked for me.
I suggested to my 79 year old mother to try it and she liked it too because she found the recipes delicious and easy to make.
Yes it was a challenge at first but overtime my body adjusted to eating less 2 days a week.
If any of you have tried it, I would love to know what you thought of it.
