Incorporating a fitness routine in your weight loss plan will speed up your weight loss.
I live in a resort and I am on Floor 6.
Last week I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor and then walk back up to Floor 6 every day. Boy my heart rate was hammering. However I noticed that this week I can actually walk up the stairs without having a couple of pitstops, lol.
My goal is to be able to walk all the way up to Floor 12 (that's the top floor in this building). Then my next goal is to be able to do it twice.
